Current subprocessors
These are the main third parties or provider categories Haunt relies on to operate the website, API, payments, support, and extraction pipeline. Provider names can change as the infrastructure changes, but the processing purpose should not expand silently.
| Provider | Purpose | Data involved | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Payments, checkout, invoices, subscriptions, fraud checks, refunds | Account email, payment metadata, invoice and subscription events. Card data is handled by Stripe, not Haunt. | Stripe privacy and data processing terms apply. |
| DeepInfra or configured model provider | LLM inference for structured extraction | Prompts, visible page text, extraction instructions, and response metadata needed to produce JSON. | Do not send sensitive data unless your use case permits provider processing. |
| Hosting provider | Application hosting, networking, storage, backups, logs, and infrastructure security | Account, request, log, and operational data needed to run Haunt. | Provider may vary as infrastructure changes. |
| Email/support provider | Support email, account communication, operational notices | Email address, message content, support metadata, attachments you choose to send. | Do not send API keys or secrets by email. |
| Google Fonts | Hosted web fonts for public pages | Browser request metadata when pages load fonts. | Public website only. |
Change notice
Material changes to subprocessors should be reflected here. Customers with strict vendor-review needs can email support@hauntapi.com before sending sensitive workloads.
